Jason Capper, Bosch Rexroth
Jason started his career at Bosch Rexroth as an apprentice showing high work ethic which lead to his quick career progression. During this time he has achieved a first class honours in BEng (Hons), whilst winning various awards.  Jason showed real drive and commitment to a recent project where he was the responsible engineer appointed for a wind farm project in the Baltic Sea, offering outstanding co-ordination and project management skills with real technical expertise.

Mitch Randall, KEB UK
Mitch Randall is delighted to reach the final for MCI’s Engineer of the Year. The endorsements of KEB’s customers shows how his skills complement the KEB product offering of HMI’s, Controllers, IO, Drives, Geared motors, Brakes and clutches to provide a complete Automation solutions.

Graham Fick, Zikodrive Motor Controllers
As Technical Director of Zikodrive Motor Controllers, Graham Fick is responsible for all design and development including theZDBL Series of brushless motor controllers as well as custom design projects. His hard work and skill has seen sales quadruple in the last year and has helped Zikodrive expand into the European, Middle East and North American market. The company was also shortlisted at the BEE Awards and invited to exhibit at Innovate 2016 in Manchester.
